All Dark Horse Fortune Cookies orders are handmade to order in Calgary, Alberta.
Because our products are custom made, production and shipping timelines can vary depending on order size, seasonality, and delivery destination.
We know many orders are tied to important events, announcements, and celebrations, so we encourage customers to order early whenever possible.
Production Time
Production begins once payment has been received.
Most orders are completed within 5 business days. This production timeline refers to the time required to prepare your order and does not include shipping or delivery time.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. For event-based or bulk orders, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to help ensure availability in our baking schedule.
During busy periods, including major holidays and seasonal peaks, production timelines may be extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using available carrier options such as UPS, Canada Post, or other delivery partners as needed.
Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout where applicable.
Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All orders ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where available.
Fragile Product Notice
Fortune cookies are delicate by nature. We take care to package all orders as securely as possible to help reduce the risk of breakage during transit.
However, minor breakage may occasionally occur despite careful packaging.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Orders@DHFC.ca..
Please include photos of the outer packaging and damaged items so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
